TGS Behavioral Services — Growing potential. Thriving together.

Why In-Home Therapy

Real skills happen in real places

Therapy that happens in your home builds skills where your child actually lives, plays, and grows every day.

A Familiar Environment

Sessions happen where your child already feels safe and comfortable, so new skills take root in the environment they know best.

Skills That Transfer to Real Life

What's practiced in session shows up at the dinner table, during bedtime, and out in the yard, not just on a data sheet.

Real Family Involvement

You're not a bystander. Parent coaching happens alongside therapy, not as an afterthought scheduled separately.

A Plan Built Around Your Child

Every treatment plan starts with a real assessment, not a template pulled off a shelf.

A philosophy built on growth

Renee DePalo, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Over the years, Renee has come to hold onto something simple: good ABA is never something you can pull off a shelf.

It grows out of clinicians who know the science deeply, and who take the time to truly know the child in front of them, weaving the two together with real judgment and care. It grows out of listening closely to families, noticing what matters beyond the session, and staying open enough to change course when the data points somewhere new.

Renee has also come to believe that good clinicians deserve that same room to grow. A credential is just the beginning of learning, not the end of it, and supervision should feel like genuine mentorship, not a box to check. Clinicians need thoughtful feedback, space to think through hard cases together, and people nearby who keep asking the right questions.

TGS Behavioral Services was built around bringing those two beliefs together: individualized care for children and families, and real, ongoing investment in the clinicians who provide it. Because when clinicians keep growing, the care they give grows right along with them.

That's what growing potential and thriving together means to us.
